Lafayette School Spanish teacher Paulina Vaca and Everett High School special education teacher Oswaldo Constanza have been recognized with excellence awards by the organization Latinos for Education. To mark the achievement, State Rep. Joseph McGonagle (left) and State Senator Sal DiDomenico (right) presented the dynamic duo with State House citations during Monday’s School Committee meeting.
