Everett High School Families:
We hope everyone is having a great weekend. 

Students had a great first week of school. There is no school on Monday, September 1, and Tuesday, September 2, 2025. Classes resume for all students on Wednesday, September 3, 2025.
 
This week, students in Grades 9, 10, and 11 will receive their Chromebooks. For students in Grades 10 and 11, please bring your current Chromebook next week to exchange it for a new Chromebook. Students in Grade 12 will not receive a new Chromebook and will continue to use their Chromebook from last school year. Any new Grade 12 student will receive a Chromebook. 

It is important for every student to arrive at school on time each day.

Please review the Chromebook distribution schedule for this week and the Chromebook Policy below. 

Schedule for Chromebook Distribution
Students in grades not receiving a Chromebook on the specified day will participate in MyCap Community Building activities during the extended Homeroom & Intervention period. Additionally, on Thursday, September 4, 2025, Grade 12 students will attend an assembly in the auditorium.

Wednesday, September 3, 2025 (Grade 9 students receive their Chromebook):  
  • Homeroom & Intervention Period: 8:00am to 8:40am 
  • 1A: 8:43am to 9:58am 
  • 2A: 10:01 to 11:16am 
  • 3A (Lunch Period): 11:19am to 1:12pm 
  • 4A: 1:15pm to 2:30pm 


Thursday, September 4, 2025 (Grade 10 students receive their Chromebook): 
  • Homeroom & Intervention Period: 8:00am to 8:40am 
  • 1B: 8:43am to 9:58am 
  • 2B: 10:01 to 11:16am 
  • 3B (Lunch Period): 11:19am to 1:12pm 
  • 4B: 1:15pm to 2:30pm 


Friday, September 5, 2025 (Grade 11 students receive their Chromebook):

There is a QR code outside the student restrooms for students to complete in case the bathrooms are low on hygiene items.

  • Full day of school for students in grades 9-12

  • Cross Country Running Team @ Chelsea (4:00pm)
  • Girls Soccer @ Lowell (5:00pm) 
  • Boys Soccer vs Lowell (5:00pm)
  • Girls Volleyball @ Lowell (Junior Varsity 5:00pm, Varsity 6:00pm) 


Thursday, September 4, 2025: B Day
  • Full day of school for students in grades 9-12
  • Grade 10 students exchange their Chromebooks. 
  • Grade 12 assembly in the auditorium (Homeroom and Intervention Period) 
  • Field Hockey @ Lowell (5:00pm) 


Friday, September 5, 2025: A Day 
  • Full day of school for students in grades 9-12
  • Grade 11 students exchange their Chromebooks 
  • Varsity Football vs Medford (6:00pm) 
  • Boys Soccer vs Marblehead (4:30pm) 
  • Girls Soccer @ Waltham (4:30pm) 
  • Girls Volleyball @ Lawrence (Junior Varsity 5:00pm and Varsity 6:15pm) 


Saturday, September 6, 2025: 
  • Junior Varsity Football @ Medford (10:00am)
