Everett High School Families:
We’re excited to begin the school year this week!
Students in grades 9 through 11 will start on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. Tuesday will be a half-day, with dismissal at 11:00 a.m. Please note that grade 12 students will not attend school on this day.
On Wednesday, August 27, 2025, all students from grades 9 to 12 will attend a full day of school. The building will open at 7:30 a.m., with breakfast available daily. Students should arrive by 7:45 a.m. each day.
Thursday, August 28, 2025, will also be a full day. There will be no school on Friday, August 29, Monday, September 1, and Tuesday, September 2, 2025. Classes resume for all students on Wednesday, September 3, 2025.
The complete schedule for the first week is included in the welcome letter below.
Individual student schedules will be posted on ASPEN later this afternoon. Paper copies will also be provided on the first day of school.
The weekly update messages will be posted on the Everett High School website.

Attendance Updates
Everett High School will be eliminating the policy that assigns an E grade to students after a certain number of absences. Instead, we will implement a new policy emphasizing regular outreach to maintain consistent daily attendance. Attendance will continue to impact a student’s eligibility for summer school. Please see the updated attendance protocol below. These documents will be added to each weekly email.
